    Description

    Our blockout fabric is 3-ply and 100% polyester. This dye sublimated fabric has white front and back with a blockout layer in between. Low sheen makes this material perfect for applications to stop flash and glare such as for photo backdrops and the blockout layer ensures front lit graphics won’t have any interference from backlighting.

    • Dye Sublimated 9.5 oz. Blockout Fabric (polyester)

    Print Options

    • Single Sided (Double sided and oversized graphics unavailable for this product)
    • Custom sizes up to 8′ x 150′

    Optional Material:

    • Hems – White or black thread (based on graphic color)
      • For orders with hem only, the product will be single stitched
      • Hemmed orders with grommets and/or pole pockets will be double stitched
    • Number 2 Brass grommets (Stimpson)
    • 1″ or 2″ sewn on Velcro

    Optional Finishing:

    • Pole Pockets
    • Hems
    • Heat knife cut flush edges (No Hem)
    • Grommets
    • Velcro

    File Setup

    • Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
    • Color Space: CMYK
    • Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
